Can The Aerospace Industry Handle One Employer?

With the recent sell of Raytheon to Onyx and Goldman Sachs, many people have ideas of how this might change the economic landscape of Wichita.  While I will not make assumptions or ill fated guesses on how the adventure will unfold for Onyx, I too am curious on how life with Onyx will manage.  I think it would be important to hear from members how Raytheon now turned Hawker Beechcraft will affect the aerospace market in Wichita, and more importantly contract negotiations with Spirit Aerosystems and Hawker Beechcraft.

District Communicator Spout Off

Well, ladies and gents and anyone else who decided to stumble among the few. Today is another glorious day in Baltimore. We are learning the do's and dont's of communication from your International Communications Department out of Headquarters. Interesting stuff to say the least, I am anxious to begin using some of the ideas and techniques they have harnessed to turn the IAMAW into a communication powerhouse.
